Native Particular Olympian Excited For The Seattle Games

Frankie Hogan and his mom, Vivian Armstrong, spend a lot of time on the track at the West Seattle Stadium.

"If I had my tennis sneakers, I’d be strolling with him," laughed Sandra Evans, watching from the sidelines.


She stated they have been so excited to learn Frankie was chosen.


"We simply went ballistic," she stated.


Frankie, now 28, was diagnosed with autism as a toddler. Now, his mom says medical doctors can’t outline him.


"No other person has the same disability as him," she mentioned.


He’s non-verbal, but instead, lets his hogan scarpe races do the talking for him. Whereas training Thursday, Frankie had three medals round his neck from a recent state meet.

"She desires him to be identical to her," Armstrong mentioned. "And I believe this is going to be awesome. She gets to see him run track, and we never thought he could due to his disability, however he proved us flawed. He proved us unsuitable and is out here doing his thing, and I’m so joyful and pleased with him."


Opening Ceremonies are Sunday; the games last by subsequent week.
